Paying for Services

We are primarily private pay counseling practice so fees are paid in full at the time of service. Payment is accepted by debit or credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.

As a healthcare provider, we accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Depending on clinician, the service fee will vary. For a more detailed list of fees, please contact us.

Intake Session (first appointment): $200

Individual sessions (45-55 minutes): $175

Couples sessions (45-55 minutes): $200

 
 

  • We are contracted with Headway to bill for certain health insurances. We currently are in-network with:

    • Aetna

    • Cigna

    • Oscar Health

    • Oxford

    • Premera Blue Cross

    • United Health Care

  • We accept several major health insurances, we do not offer a sliding scale or reduced fee program at this time.

  • Yes, our therapists help high school age teenagers work through things like anxiety, depression, gender identity, sexual identity, and more.

  • We cannot accept Medicaid, Medicare, or Washington Apple Health at this time.
